You can change your delivery address by logging into your account dashboard on our website.
Once logged in, navigate to "My Queal" and then click on "Subscriptions" where you'll find the option to update your address details. The change will apply to all future deliveries.
Make sure to update your address at least a few days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure it goes to the right location.
If you have an order that's already been processed but not yet shipped, contact our customer support team directly to update the address for that specific order.
